OUTFITTRENDS provides a social online and mobile platform via the OUTFITTRENDS website (the “Site”), the OUTFITTRENDS application (the “App”) and related Internet services (collectively, the “Service(s)”). The Service is operated by Spacedock Inc. (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) for users of the Service (“you” or “user(s)”). Under applicable law, Spacedock Inc. is the “data controller” of personal data collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to information that is collected from visitors to the Site and users of the App and/or the Services, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.


Information We Collect


We may collect and store information about you when you use the Service. We use the information to fulfill your requests, provide the Service’s functionality, improve the Service’s quality, personalize your experience, track usage of the Service, display relevant advertising, market the Service, provide customer support, message you, back up our systems and allow for disaster recovery, enhance the security of the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Account and Profile Information: If you create an account on OUTFITTRENDS, we may store and use your full name, email address, and other information you may provide with your account, such as your gender and birth date. Your first name and last initial, as well as photos you submit through the registration process, will be publicly displayed as part of your account profile. You can modify the information associated with your account from your account settings.
  • Public Content: The information that you contribute through the Service is intended for public consumption, including your posts, photos, comments, hypes and collections. Public Content is publicly viewable on the OUTFITTRENDS Platform, along with your profile information. It may also be indexed by search engines and be re-published elsewhere on the Internet in accordance with our Terms of Service.
  • Linked Networks: We receive information about you when you link a third party service with our Services. For example, you may connect a social networking service, such as Facebook or Twitter, to your OUTFITTRENDS account. When you do this, it allows us to obtain profile and account information from those accounts. The specific information provided to us by Linked Networks is determined by these third parties and may vary by network. The permissions page for the Linked Network will describe the information being shared. You should consult their respective privacy policies for information about their practices.
  • Usage Activity: We may store information about your use of the Service, such as your search activity, page views, the date and time of your visit, and other information about your use of the Service. We may also store information that your computer or mobile device provides to us in connection with your use of the Service such as your browser type, type of computer or mobile device, browser language, IP address, mobile carrier, unique device identifier, location, and requested and referring URLs.

How We Use Your Information


We do not sell your personal data to third parties to use for their own marketing purposes. OUTFITTRENDS uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide our Services: To fulfill your requests and provide the Service’s functionality, respond to your inquiries, provided troubleshooting, and for other customer service purposes.
  • Personalization: To tailor the content and information that we may send or display to you, to suggest followers, and to otherwise personalize your experiences while using the Service.
  • Communications: When you sign up for an account or use certain features, you are opting to receive messages from other OUTFITTRENDS users. If you exchange messages with others through the Service, we may store them in order to process and deliver them, allow you to manage them, and we may review and disclose them in connection with investigations related to the operation and use of the Service. We may not deliver messages that we believe are objectionable, such as spam messages. We may also store information that you provide through communications with us, including letters, emails, support requests, and other electronic messages.

OUTFITTRENDS and our third party partners, such as advertising and analytics partners, use cookies and other tracking technologies (e.g., web beacons, device identifiers and pixels) to provide functionality and to recognize you across difference Services and devices. The purposes for which we use Cookies in the Service include:

  • Email Open Tracking: We use pixel images with a unique identifier in our emails to let us know when they have been opened, so we can gauge the effectiveness of our communications.
  • Advertising: To display interest-based advertising to you, to improve our advertising and measurement systems so we can show you relevant ads, to measure the effectiveness and reach of ads and services; for frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and to combat fraud and abuse.
  • Affiliate Links: Our Services contains some affiliate marketing links, which means we can receive commission on sales of products or services that users discover through the use of the Service.   • Analytics: We may use internal and third party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to gather metrics to better understand how users access and use the Service; to evaluate and improve the Service, and to develop new products and services.

The security of your information is important to us. OUTFITTRENDS has implemented safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no website or Internet transmission is completely secure. We urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe, such as choosing a strong password and keeping it private, as well as logging out of your user account, and closing your web browser when finished using the OUTFITTRENDS Platform on a shared or unsecured device.


Data Retention


We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case your decide to re-activate the Services. To dispose of personal data, we may anonymize or delete it. Data may persist in copies made for backup and business continuity purposes for additional time.


Access and Amend Your Information


You have certain choices available to you when it comes to your information. Below is a summary of those choices, how to exercise them and any limitations.


Your request and choices may be limited in certain cases: for example, if fulfilling your request would reveal information about another person, or if you ask to delete information which we are permitted by law or have compelling legitimate interests to keep.   • Access your information: If you would like to submit a data access request, you can do so from the “Settings” of the Services, where there is a link to download your data. We will then start the process and provide you a link to access the personal data that OUTFITTRENDS has on you within 30 days.
  • Update and delete your information: In addition to the functionality available through the “Settings” of the Services, in which you can correct, update, amend, or delete certain personal data, you can also request other modifications from us directly. Please write us at admin@outfittrends.com with the words “Personal Data Request” in the subject or body of the message, along with an explanation of what data subject right you are seeking to exercise. For your protection, we may take steps to verify identity before responding to your request.
  • Request that we stop using your information: In some cases, you may ask us to stop accessing, storing, using and otherwise processing your information where you believe we don’t have the appropriate rights to do so. For example, if you believe a Services account was created for you without your permission or you are no longer an active user, you can request that we delete your account as provided in this policy. Where you gave us consent to use your information for a limited purpose, you can contact us to withdraw that consent, but this will not affect any processing that has already taken place at the time. You can also opt-out of our use of your information for marketing purposes by contacting us, as provided below. When you make such requests, we may need time to investigate and facilitate your request. If there is delay or dispute as to whether we have the right to continue using your information, we will restrict any further use of your information until the request is honored or the dispute is resolved.
  • Email list removal: You may opt out of receiving communications from us by using the unsubscribe link within each email, updating your email preferences within your Service account settings menu, or by contacting us as provided below to have your contact information removed from our email list or registration databases. Even after you opt out from receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive transactional messages from us regarding our Services.

  • Affiliate Networks: Skimlinks provides an opt-out service for Users who do not wish for their Usage Data to be used for advertising targeting purposes. If you no longer want Skimlinks to store data about the websites you visit, the links you click and the Merchants you buy from, you can opt-out here http://optout.skimlinks.com.
  • Linked Networks: You may connect or disconnect your Linked Networks, such as Facebook, through the account Settings, and you may access, amend and delete your profile information through your profile settings. Once you disconnect a Linked Network, we will not receive information from that Linked Network going forward; unless you choose to reconnect it.

Children's Privacy


Our Services are for users age 13 and over and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the relevant age without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.


Changes To Our Privacy Policy


If we change our Privacy Policy or procedures, we will post those changes on this page. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy that significantly changes how we treat your personal information, we will provide you with reasonable notice, and where required by law, we will obtain your consent or give you the opportunity to opt out of such changes.
